Safe and Secure Shopping

Spoil’em takes its responsibilities and obligations to protect the personal information of its customers very seriously. Every time Spoil’em collects your personal information (such as your delivery / billing address, contact details) a secure connection via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology is established with your web browser to ensure that your details are encrypted and securely communicated to us, safe from prying eyes or malicious threats.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made by credit/debit card (VISA, MASTERCARD), bank deposit or PayPal. Your order will not be processed or dispatched until full payment has been made.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do we deliver? Spoil’em delivers only within Australia. Due to the high cost of delivering large items to islands and remote areas of Australia we cannot accept orders from some locations. You can check whether specific products can be shipped to your postcode by emailing sales@spoilem.com.au Our Couriers Spoil’em use a combination of road and air couriers to ensure your delivery is fast and affordable. Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products you order as well as your delivery location. In some instances additional shipping charges will be applied to your invoice prior and must be paid prior to dispatch. Please read the product description carefully. Estimated Delivery Times Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are as follows: Metro (7-14 days) Regional/Remote (14-21 days) We will always do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframes but please note that Estimated Delivery Times are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. PO Boxes & Post Offices Spoil’em are unable to deliver PO Boxes or Post Offices. Receiving Your Order All orders must be signed for. Please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. What if no one is available to sign for the delivery? If you are not home to accept delivery, we recommend that you arrange for delivery to your workplace or that of someone you know and trust. Additional charges may apply, if our courier driver needs to make subsequent attempts to deliver your goods. .

Refund and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and as such we have sourced products with a minimum 12 month manufactures warranty *some exclusion apply. For product specific information, please email sales@spoilem.com.au. Spoil’em agrees to replace any item that has been flawed or damaged during the manufacturing process and will resolve any satisfaction enquiries direct with the purchaser. The Spoil’em warranty does not cover any defects in goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, assembly negligence or use otherwise then in accordance with its intended use. Spoil’em warranties are non-transferable with change of ownership. Upon the arrival of your package(s), we encourage you to check that the package has arrived in tact and opening open, that the contents are free of damage/fault/blemish. If this is not the case, please do not continue to open the packages and contact sales@spoilem.com.au immediately. This must be done within 7 days of purchase. Whilst Spoil’em will actively represent any claim for freight damage, compensation nor refund nor replacement is guaranteed. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Layby Options

Layby is available on all products storewide. A 20% deposit of the total order is payable at the time of entering into the Layby agreement. You will have 8 weeks to pay the Layby in full unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Spoil’em management team. Layby allows you to pay off your items over up to 8 weeks. Payments are required no more than 14 days apart. Payments are preferred to be direct debited however upon request Spoil'em may permit customer managed instalments.Layby is not available on custom made beds. Orders may be cancelled at the discretion of Spoil'em if regular instalments are not received. Spoil'em reserve the right to cancel your order and refund monies paid should an item be out of stock and/or unavailable within 12 weeks. Due to the popularity of some products stock turnover is essential. For this reason it is best to check with our administration team prior to paying out layby items in advance as there will still be an extended delivery time whilst we await a new shipment. For more information on how you can enter into a Layby purchase, please email sales@spoilem.com.au with details on the product(s) you wish to purchase and your contact information (name, address, phone and email).

Christmas Layby Terms and Conditions (septemeber to december only)

Upon entering into a Christmas Layby you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions. You agree to make an initial payment within 7 days of entering the agreement. Full payment must be made prior to delivery with the final payment to be settled by no later than 1 December, 2014. You will provide Spoil’em with a nominated debit/credit card for automatic payment deductions. Payments will be made no more than 14 days apart (payment frequency to be agreed in advance of first payment). Spoil’em reserves the right to cancel any Layby and refund monies paid should an item be out of stock and unavailable within 12 weeks of order placement. This will be communicated in writing to the customer. Layby’s are not available on custom made beds. Orders may be cancelled at the discretion of Spoil’em if regular payments are not received. Should you opt to cancel the layby there is a non-refundable fee of 20% recouped for administrative purposes.

Christmas Free Shipping Campaign Terms and Conditions (december only)

Orders are to be placed via sales@spoilem.com.au or phone (0414 810 839). Free shipping applies to metro areas only (25km radius from each State’s Capital City). Additional (at cost) charges may apply to areas outside of this jurisdiction. Northern Territory and Tasmania are excluded from this campaign; however Spoil’em are happy to ‘gift’ discounted shipping to these areas. Full payment is required within 24hrs of purchase for offer validation. Free shipping applies to promotional product only. Any additional items purchased will incur (at cost) shipping charges. Free shipping is only valid on promotional product(s) advertised throughout campaign.Shipping does not include transit insurance. This can be purchased for an additional $19.99. Orders will be dispatched by no later than 15 December, 2014. Whilst every attempt to have your order arrive prior to Christmas, Spoil’em hold no responsibility for delays once it has left our warehouse. Offer not available on any pre-existing orders, layby’s.Offer not available in conjunction with any other sale, discount or promotional offer.

Assembly

Privacy

Spoil’em is required to collect specific information in order to process your order. This include name, address, email address, phone number and credit card details. Spoil’em will retain all information excluding your credit card details on file to retain with your proof of purchase and manufactures warranty. Spoil’em commit to honouring your personal information and value the significance of its privacy.
